His last sentence (under the original link) - feelgood fluffy BS full of conceit and assumptions. With the way the U.S. and the West treats human resources and is NOT developing them from the ground up (kindergarden), but instead relies on imported brain I would not bet to stay ahead of the game another 10 years.
