Monkey-see, monkey-do training with a bunch of half-wits and a complex (and troubled) tank design that gives people that can read and write problems...well, you get this.

The last shot shows what happens when one gets excited and drives the M-1 where it can't go (which is many places). The others? Hard to say but there are some fuel cells surrounding the turbine engine that if they get damaged (combat or poor maintenance), you get a fire that probably won't get put out. Lots of fuel around a very hot area ...duh.









Other analysis? U.S. training of Iraq forces appears to be worthless. I suspect Afghanistan is the same in that regard.
