Iraq IEDs these days

This is what has been happening in Iraq recently. The cause? Not using the process used by the U.S. later on with aggressive door-kicking and going after insurgent sources and hide-outs.

Night after night.

Rinse and repeat.

Note also that these IEDs are better prepared and are setup such for more vertical impact.
