So he's telling the truth...

Faith-based procurement thinking combined with rent-seeking language.

Since his free trip to the Factory ealier this year, this has been a pattern.Wonder what else they did for him?
This bloke claims that he has tertiary qualifications.

Maybe he knows stuff you don't? Or maybe he has staff with a much better understanding of practical application of air power.

Given the performance in various public hearings--for years, that can only be labeled as wishful thinking.

Anon, whoever you are,(not a mind boggling conclusion as to who you are)going on recent Newspaper reports(The Australian), most have staff that are Journos for spin.
Anyone who can think critcally would come to a more balanced conlusion, given the amount of information available from real sources.
Read the gushing outpourings straight after the paid for trip earlier in the year.

Met with Senator David Johnston back in 2004 when in Govt and briefed him in on the parlours state do Defence capability planning and why.

His face went ashen as he pretty much agreed with what had been provided to him.

He then said that this information needed to be provided to the Opposition.

When I said that he was in the Govt that was in power and it was evident he had the ear of the PM, John Howard, while the Opposition had little if any power, his response was :

"That is true but I wish to retain the ability to father more children!"
