When in fact, the opposite is true. The faulty F-35 program is consuming limited resources best used for other things.

The entire article mostly repeats the too big to fail mantra over and over again, with a short diversion to blame the Obama administration for further delaying the JSF program.
The conclusion is idiotically contradictory, exhorting the SecDef to fix the broken military acquisition system that produces too big to fail weapons systems, by continuing to fully support too big to fail systems.
Just more of the Dr Feelgood and LM bullshit for you.
What is gobsmackingly amazing is how our DoD folks fell for all of this BS.
There once was a time, not that long ago, when Australians were noted, internationally, as plain speaking with highly attuned skills for thinking outside the box and for being neither susceptible to nor tolerant of bullshit...
....except, in the latter case, when it was of our own making (e.g. taking the mickey out of someone, in the nicest possible way, of course!).
One could (and should) be forgiven for asking WTF-ging hell has happened within the environs of Canberra?
This disease appears to be endemic throughout the ACT, certainly on both sides of Lake Burley-Griffin.
Ahhh, the things that a guy has to say to keep making a buck! :-)
What we can expect from Dr. Feelgood on the F-35 is that the warning will grow more dire as end approaches which seems to be happening now.
He'll keep screaming the bullshit while the entire JSF Program spins around and around the death spiral toilet on the way to the sewer where it belongs.
What makes you think that the F-35 will be a supreme air dominance fighter against the J-20 and the PAKFA T-50? Why aren't you pushing for a real US air dominance fighter such as a new block F-22 (if we only could find somebody to fix that oxygen problem)?

Could there be something in the water, maybe?

Question for Mr. Thompson:
