Bit of a mistake from this post:

30-40 percent more compared to...exactly...what ?Well first, we don't have to pay 30 to 40 percent more for home build. The original source of that is wrong. This makes the 30-40 percent blah blah nothing more than a meme.

Example.

A poorly managed and conceived Air Warfare Destroyer is not a properly conceived and managed Frigate.

We should look at the Air Warfare Destroyer and say: 'never again.'

Use success as the benchmark and not royal screw-ups.
