No, it is not satire.

A side-note: military-wide, wearing BCU's/BDUs whatever in public, especially in ROTC and around the Pentagon just looks bad. Worse when you don't even try and look sharp. We need leaders that would spot that in 5 seconds; and fix it unit-wide in 30 seconds.

Again, any enemy has no respect for this.

I can solve sexual-assault in the military quickly. It is more prison space at Fort Leavenworth.

Both for offenders and false-accusers.
