Harrier capability for the USMC

David has an interesting article here on current USMC Harrier capability. It will be cheaper to operate and more capable than any USMC IOC F-35. Not mentioned is that there are some maintenance issues with the aircraft that are growing.  It is old. Hopefully USMC can keep them going to-plan out to 2030ish.
