Locum
Another 4 dozen MRH-90's with more reliable systems and made corrosion resistant? The NH-90 family has a long list with problems. Some are teething problems, others are unfortunately fundamental.
Once, I bought an old house, that I wanted to refurbish into a new house.
This house had rotten floors, the cealings, roof, bathroom, electric system, windows were worn out. Too much problems that will take too much money and time to solve. So I decided to start at zero again. The wrecking ball came and I built a completely new, but better house.
Solving the NH-90 problems will cost too much loot (money), time and will add too much kilogrammes / pounds to this allready 600 kg/ 1,323 lbs overweight aircraft.
Corrosion is not a unique problem of the Dutch NFH-90's. German TTH-90's and French NFH-90's have corrosion and wear problems too.
