From LCS to a real warship?

This is an obvious reactionary marketing move since some DOD officials have stated that the Littoral Combat Gyp isn't evil enough: just one calorie, and, that maybe we need something that resembles a fighting ship.

Rip the guts out and use sensible warship propulsion and some other things and it may be come interesting.
