There is a lot to laugh at in the following video about the M-41 Walker ("Bulldog") tank.
While doing that, consider some of the other points brought up in the video. Responsiveness in industry to get something fielded quickly. It happens today; only too rarely.
If we wanted to make this exact tank today (with no modern technology in it), how many years would it take before the first (functioning) vehicle was delivered to the Army?
