The whole F-15K IRST eyes issue is so overblown. It's small fries. Should be easily negotiated and moved on with.
What US should be helping ROK joint-develop if they were smart and plugged-in, is for assisted avionics and radar projects to satisfy obvious SK aspirations. SK is moving on either with the US or without them. It's about free-market place competition. That's the reality here.
