Unfortunately, the reporter fails to ask the LM rep if his company's overly optimistic briefings since the start of the program had an end effect to the demise of Production Parts.

You won't find any admission from LM that might find its way into a court. The creditors don't owe anything to LM, and they will want their money---any suggestion LM promises led to the collapse would invite legal action to recover.
