$1B RAN upgrade, Gov drunk on spending.

 This announcement in regards to updating RAN weapon systems, ignores the fact of there being around $1T in Fed debt and hundreds of billions in state debt.

All while destroying business with lock downs, thus reducing tax revenue for the government.

And, government just can't stop spending.
