Don't want to serve in the USAF anymore?
First: thank you for your service.
Second: good luck in your post USAF endeavours. I hope your new job has all the benefits you enjoyed in the USAF and more.
But, I doubt it.
No one deserves a bonus for flying a remotely piloted aircraft. If the USAF finds this too difficult, maybe the DOD needs to pass this mission over to Army Aviation.
There are tons of jobs in the USAF that have a lot worse working conditions than chair and screen-time.
