The Norwegian Defence Minister is wrong

Let us look at this statement.

"We see that the number of planes being ordered both by the US and other partners is actually at the same level as it has been since 2008, 2009."

Canada: Competition and/or cancelled. New requirement 65. UK: 48, everything else a question mark. Netherlands: 37. Denmark: competition and/or cancelled. Italy:90. Australia: 28 deferred to 2020s. Turkey: 100. Maybe even 110. Turkey and Australia are the strongest thus far.Of the 3 U.S. services, numbers for the Navy are not firm.

It is actually much worse if you stress the word "ordered" in the statement.
