Interesting.

But...

1. Like JASSM, has not demonstrated nap-of-the-earth mission profiles. Depends on low-observability only. In this regard, if you are going to go slow, JSM is superior. Be interesting to see the source that JSM / NSM is $2M per shot.
2. Neither the Tomahawk, LRASSM....or Harpoon (nap-of-the-earth), nor SLAM-ER, are fast.
3. Given the source above, it looks like more LM astro-turfing.
4. Kill ships? Mines, and submarines firing torpedoes have a say.
5. How much money should we farm into next-war-itis for The Grand Fleet to have their battleship dreams?
6. Optical sensors.
