Next RAN frigate

The following is the configuration (at least in front of the bridge) I would like to see on a replacement RAN frigate.

1. Tough ship that can take heavy seas.
2. Of course configured for hot climate.
3. ASW capability as a primary. ASW mortar/grenade-launchers; ASW torpedo; ASROC
4. 2 helicopters.
5. Of course, towed array.
6. Hull/machinery  silencing where possible.
