Parts of it (acceleration) in regard to the Super Hornet has some merit. However the Super will burn it on the first pull of the stick in regard to AOA. Also, today, you can do a wide variety of missions with the Super.
Typhoon? Good luck. In the energy performance area, the Typhoon can at times, take on an F-22.
How about a lower-performing variant of the F-16?
