USAF drone crews in Nevada cry because life is just too tough. They think themselves special snowflakes.

Their job is unfair.

Compare: other parts of the military, SSBN boomer crews, soldiers out in the field for weeks at a time. Any other hard life where you don't have base and state-side life.

The needs of the air force come first. You were told that in regard to jobs. You may work in a job that you think is fun, lucky and worthwhile. I was lucky in that regard. But if they need more cooks or civil engineer (dirt boys), or any number of unglamorous jobs you have a choice. Understand that the needs of the air force come first and that we are all on one team and that by itself should be reward enough, or get out. If all of this is too difficult for you to understand, the air force, and military do not need you.
