Fulda tactics -- A-10

Tacti-cool or tacti-fool? For dirt-insurgent-work...cool.

I have always thought that, as long as we fight threats without much of an air force and limited surface to air ability, the A-10 is very useful.

In these lower threat environments, you can take a shot at an A-10, but you will only draw the anger of the other team-mates. I don't need this aircraft against higher threats because there are more fun ways to do that work.

For the kind of wars we have had, for years, and will still have... the A-10 beats the F-35 in all useful areas of performance and sustainment.

This is the only validation I need...or care about...

And now something different, this is how the days of Fulda Gap (I miss those days) saw tactics of the era...so, so long ago, in an extreme threat environment.
