There is a beauty on page 51 of the report. From LRIP6 which includes the first 2 RAAF aircraft, the aircraft were supposed to get Software block 3i which was intended to replicate the capabilities of Block 2B to allow training.
Because Block 2B is still throwing issues they have created an initial version of 3i called 3iR1 which is only incorporates the capabilities of Block 2A (test and trials).
This saga is turning into the little aircraft that cannot.
