USMC F-35 pilots won't fly much

The USMC F-35 pilot will fly far less hours per month than any other tactical aircraft according to the service plan. In fact, USMC F-35 pilots will get the lowest hours per month than anything else in Marine Air.

10 hours a month. That assumes 10 of a USMC squadron's 16 faulty aircraft are available.

10 hours a month is not combat ready.

Or safe.

Even with simulators.

NATO standards are 180 hours per year for a tactical pilot.
