Was the first F-35C landing on an aircraft carrier ACLS / JPALS assisted or manual?

Manual. JPALS is not installed on the Nimitz, and JPALS isn't enabled until Block 4/5. That said, the F-35's FCS allows autothrottle down to the deck which makes for nice landings...
