That does not make the comment by the model airplane glue sniffing fan-base credible: "The program’s burgeoning maturity is becoming clear".
As for the "price"...the aircraft doesn't actually work. Here is a snapshot of the money involved in an F-35 LRIP batch.
Again... here are the hopes and dreams of the Ponzi scheme back in 2003... 6 LRIPs and full rate production.
Now for the billions in lost business. Imagine, your business was told an unsupportable hope by your government on how much cash was on the table for the F-35.
The big numbers were all a dream to hook the JSF Partner nation. Who is to blame? Many, but if your research and analysis are LM talking points, the blame rests with you.
