Poor Norwegians.
Back in 2008 the fake competition gave the 48 F-35 at 18bn NOK which was cheaper then the Gripen NG/E at 20bn NOK fixed firm.
Then they increased the count to 56 and with that the cost went thru the roof. It's now a bit over 60bn NOK without cost limit.
