DOD F-35 project manager puts faith in "interim capability"

General Bogdan has some left-brain/right-brain activity going on here where reality doesn't match up with aspirations.

His latest crutch is "interim capability", which seems to be the ultimate goal to label this Ponzi Scheme a success.

Unfortunately any level of credible "capability" is far, far away.
