Floating kebab shops

Australia's Defence-Soviet-ship-building industry-method doesn't meet Joe Hockey's kebab shop standard if all that are being made are boats ill-suited to Defence needs.

Australia has long-term plans to acquire about 80 ships, from submarines to an Antarctic icebreaker, at a cost of more than A$100 billion, according to the union.

LOL

Not with any federal budget in the near future in a government-should-do-everything society.

The goal has nothing to do with the Defence of the nation and all to do with being a big government funded jobs program.

In a business-unfriendly, tax-heavy, red-tape-heavy environment.

Hell, just recently, this government threw a failed politician who lost an election into ASC to give them a job.

F...

You.
