Percent of GDP applied to Defence budget meaningless

Yet again the silly idea of percent of GDP applied to the Defence budget is brought.

No matter how many times it is brought up, it is a bad idea, especially when the Entrenched Defence Bureaucracy has no clue what it is doing.
