Senate testimony--F-35 development needs more money-time

Gilmore: More Money, Time Needed For Ongoing JSF Testing

The Pentagon's top weapons tester told a Senate subcommittee this morning that without more money and time to complete F-35 Joint Strike Fighter development tests, the services might be unable to deliver airplanes with the full military capability needed for operational testing in 2018.

As you will see from today's Senate testimony below, the F-35 is still an under-developed aircraft that should never have been handed over for pilot training or operational testing.
