Johnston is wrong on so many levels.
He uses the GDP as a gauge for Defence spend argument which in an entitlement society is meaningless.
He is a rent-seeker fan which doesn't really get you true defence.
He is unable to see how the 2009 White Paper was at its best: moronic.
If this guy becomes the next DM, things will not improve.
